VERSION UPDATE GUARANTEE
Any NZQA version changes and Resource Pack updates published by us within 12 months of your original purchase are provided FREE of charge. To receive updates for purchased Resource Packs beyond the 12 month FREE update period, an annual fee per pack will be charged. If you do not require updates for a particular Resource Pack, you can opt out of the annual fee for that pack.
MODERATION GUARANTEE
If any of our assessment materials fail external moderation, we will modify and replace the full resources pack FREE of charge.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We provide quality, pre-moderated resources which meet industry standards. If your resource falls short in any way, just reach out and we will replace it FREE of charge.
